Further, it provides wiring harnesses comprising electric wiring and interconnect systems, connectors, terminal, electrical distribution systems, components, power modules, and enterprise resources planning system; and product engineering, in-house application tooling, and testing and validation, as well as engages in leasing activities. The company was formerly known as Motherson Sumi Systems Limited and changed its name to Samvardhana Motherson International Limited in May 2022. Samvardhana Motherson International Limited was founded in 1975 and is based in Noida, India.
