Its Health & Biosciences is comprised of health, cultures and food enzymes, home and personal care, animal nutrition, and grain processing. The Scent segment creates fragrance compounds, and fragrance ingredients. Its Pharma Solutions segment produces cellulosics and seaweed-based pharmaceutical excipients. The company was incorporated in 1909 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
